WHAT IS EAST COAST STRONG?
East Coast Strong, LLC is a virtual fitness and health company based in Hightstown, NJ. We recognized that young adults found it difficult to know what workouts to do and what foods to eat with their busy schedules. We believed that a healthy lifestyle could be achieved by anyone, including those with little time and thus the company was born.
Our primary focus is to equip customers, ages 15 - 25, with personalized programs focused on fitness and health to help them feel motivated and confident, even if they have minimal time.
What will we do for?
We will assist you in choosing the ideal diet, workouts, and strategies that will make you feel and be the best version of yourself.
