We offer six different standard diets including* :

Classic Diet: Filled with lots of fruit, vegetables, whole grains, and fish. This diet will help you maintain a balance between both healthy and not-so-healthy foods!

Clean Eating Diet: Less processed foods because organic and wholesome is the way to go! We promise it's not bad!

Scandinavian Diet: Low-fat proteins and carbohydrates with a low glycemic index (less sugar) based diet. With more protein you'll be left feeling full and satisfied!

Mediterranean Diet: Known as the "heart healing diet" with a little more fats and little less carbs. Eat delicious meals with friends just like the Mediterraneans do!

High-Protein Diet: Increase your protein uptake with this diet. Work on building up your strength and maintaining muscle mass!

Ketogenic Diet: High in fat and low in carbohydrates. Stock up on healthy high-fat foods and throw out the carbs!
