DIETS

  • We offer six different standard diets including* :

    • Classic Diet: Filled with lots of fruit, vegetables, whole grains, and fish. This diet will help you maintain a balance between both healthy and not-so-healthy foods!

    • Clean Eating DietLess processed foods because organic and wholesome is the way to go! We promise it's not bad!

    • Scandinavian Diet: Low-fat proteins and carbohydrates with a low glycemic index (less sugar) based diet. With more protein you'll be left feeling full and satisfied! 

    • Mediterranean DietKnown as the "heart healing diet" with a little more fats and little less carbs. Eat delicious meals with friends just like the Mediterraneans do!

    • High-Protein Diet: Increase your protein uptake with this diet. Work on building up your strength and maintaining muscle mass!  

    • Ketogenic Diet: High in fat and low in carbohydrates. Stock up on healthy high-fat foods and throw out the carbs!

WORKOUTS

  • Our workouts are provided based on intensity* :

    • Low Level

    • Moderate Level

    • High Level

  • A few factors we use to determine the level include:

    • Current workout regimen​

    • Comfort with more low-impact or high-impact sessions

    • Length  of workout sessions

    • Daily, weekly, and/or monthly schedules.

*Intensity level of your workouts will vary throughout your monthly workout schedule but the frequency of each level will occur as per your preferences and needs.
