HOW IT WORKS

5 EASY STEPS

STEPS:​​

1. Go to our SUBSCRIPTIONS page and select/purchase the plan you are interested. On the page you'll find a detailed description of what each subscription plan entails. (Or click      ).

 

2. An introduction email will be sent to you instructing you to take a simple quiz to identify the best meal/workout plan for you! We will also ask you for your schedule and any dietary restrictions here.

 

3. You will receive your customized plan (depending on your subscription) provided with detailed instructions and/or any additional resources necessary. 

 

4. We will send weekly emails asking for any updates on your journey, where you also have the chance to ask us any questions. If any issues occur with your plan regarding diet or any workouts please let us know ASAP via email or DM us on social media! 

 

5. One week prior to the end of the month you will receive an email asking if you would like to renew, change, or end your subscription. Any dietary or workout restrictions can also be notified at this point. 

*Please do not worry, we will be with you every step of the way! Each email will detail all the needed information for you!
